What this is about
We measured every federal form schema Germany publishes through the open FIM interface. Across 1,314 schemas holding 161,777 fields, almost half of all fields carry no explanation at all of what you are supposed to write into them. YOL & FormularTÜV helps people fill them in and shows the administration where its own form gets stuck. The findings are public under CC0, every number recomputable.
